Shipping

Qualifying orders over $100 receive complimentary U.S. ground shipping. Standard processing is 1–3 business days before the carton leaves the warehouse; transit is typically 3–10 business days via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and we do not ship internationally. See the full Shipping Policy.

Returns

Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. A $10 return-shipping fee applies per shipment. Online orders cannot be returned in store. Holiday purchases placed November 15–December 15 may be returned through January 15. Details live on Returns.

Orders and gifts

Tracking goes out from [email protected] once a carton scans. Marketplace items may ship separately. Gift cards and personalized pieces follow their own rules and are not returnable.
