Terms of Sale

Date of last update: November 17, 2025. These terms of sale apply to orders Bryant Park Play LLC accepts on faoschwarz.xin and in the New York shop, unless a signed paper agreement says otherwise. Software bundled with a toy is licensed, not sold.

Ordering

You can browse and check out as a guest or with an account. We collect name, phone, email, and shipping/billing address so we can fulfill. Our payment partner charges the card; we do not view or store full card numbers. If you are logged in, the order is stored on your account.

Price, tax, shipping

Prices are USD. Sales tax is charged where we must collect it. Shipping follows the Shipping Policy, including free ground on qualifying orders over $100. We may cancel an order that we cannot fulfill and refund the original payment method.

Title and risk

Title and risk of loss pass when the carrier first scans the outbound carton. Split shipments are allowed. Preorder lines charge at purchase and ship when the vendor releases inventory; dates on the product page are estimates.

Returns follow the Returns page, including the $10 return-shipping fee and holiday window.
