Shipping covers FAO SchwarzF order processing, picking, packing, and the carrier handoff. Bryant Park Play LLC fulfills from a U.S. warehouse. Warehouse inventory counts can pause outbound cartons for a few days each winter; we post those windows here when they are set.

Complimentary ground over $100

Qualifying orders with a merchandise subtotal of $100 or more receive free standard ground via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. E-gift cards do not count toward the threshold. Oversize, heavy, or marketplace pieces may carry an extra fee even above $100 — the product page says so when that applies.

Standard rates under $100

Order total before tax: $25 and under $9.99 · $25–$50 $10.99 · $50–$75 $12.99 · $75–$100 $14.99. Standard processing is 1–3 business days. Transit is typically 3–10 business days. Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not business days for processing.

Express

Where the item allows it: under $75 is $25 · $76–$200 $35 · $201–$500 $40 · $501–$750 $50 · $751–$999 $75 · $1,000+ $100. Express placed before 12:00 PM ET often leaves the same weekday; after noon leaves the next business day. Some brands never qualify for express or free ground because of size or drop-ship rules.

Where we ship

Continental United States only. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO/DPO, freight forwarders, or international addresses. Marketplace lines in the same checkout may leave on different days. We are not responsible for carrier delays, an address mistyped at checkout, or parcels marked delivered.
