Returns

Eligible FAO SchwarzF purchases may come back within 30 days of delivery. A flat $10 return-shipping fee applies per return shipment, whatever the reason. Online orders cannot be walked into the New York shop. Start on the return portal; we reply with a prepaid label or extra steps within about 48 hours. Pieces must travel in original packaging with tags attached.

Holiday window

Eligible items bought November 15 through December 15 may be returned through January 15 of the following year. Purchases after December 15 follow the standard 30-day clock.

What we cannot take back

Final sale (called out on the product page and in cart), gift cards, food and candy, personalized or monogrammed work, items worn/washed/assembled or fully unpackaged, missing original packaging, returns past 30 days, and bulk buys of four or more of the same SKU. Some partner-shipped brands add restocking: ride-on lines such as Best Ride On Cars, Kool Karz Playground, and Freddo typically 10%; Wonder & Wise typically 20%. Limited-edition Steiff is refunded in full only when the outer carton is unopened and factory-taped; an opened outer box is refunded at half the retail value.

Refunds

Refunds go to the original payment method, minus outbound shipping and the $10 return fee. If a return lands damaged, we cannot refund. Funko and similar collectibles may show tiny manufacturing or packing marks; those are not treated as damaged goods.
