Carriers warn that November and December networks run hot. The dates below are planning guides, not guarantees. Order early if a celebration cannot slip.

Suggested cutoffs

Hanukkah-style mid-December delivery: ground about nine days ahead before noon ET; express about four days ahead before noon ET. Christmas-week delivery: ground about ten days ahead; express about six days ahead. We will post the live calendar each season on this page.

How holiday cartons move

Ground orders can take up to 72 hours to leave the warehouse in peak weeks. You get a shipment email with tracking from [email protected]. Lines in one checkout may split. Express before 12:00 PM ET aims to leave the same weekday; after noon the next business day. If an item sells out after you pay, we notify you and refund that line.
